How to delete unconnected and connected rate plans from Preno

Deleting a rate

  1. Locate the room type you would like to delete the rate from

  2. Click onto the blue rate name

  3. Click Delete rate and click 'Yes'


The rates deleted will be permanently deleted, and the only way to get them back is to add them again.

Any of your existing bookings that use that deleted rate will be changed to Custom rate. You'll need to edit their booking again if you want to assign a different rate.

Please note: If the rate has reference to being connected to an OTA or booking engine below, you will need to disconnect/unmap the rate from your channel manager or/and booking engine before you are able to delete the rate from Preno.

To disconnect/unmap rate from booking engine;
- Navigate to the settings in Preno; then
- Select Booking Engine; then
- For the Room Type and Rate combination you would like to disconnect/unmap; select 'Unmap'

To Disconnect/unmap rate from an OTA;
- Navigate to the settings in Preno; then
- Select Channel Manager; then
- Select 'edit' for the OTA the rate is connected to; then
- For the rate you wish to disconnect/unmap; select 'Unmap'.
