You can now connect Airbnb to Prenoโs Channel Manager without needing to contact our support team. This helps you manage availability, rates, and bookings automatically between Airbnb and Preno.
Step 1: Setup and authorise Airbnb to Preno
In Preno, go to Settings > Channel Manager.
In the Channel mappings section, click Add channel.
Select Airbnb, then click Add. A new tab will open.You will see the below screen.
Find the Host Token Number field, and click on this icon.
This will open a new window for Airbnb authentication flow.
Once you have logged in, you will see this screen.
โClick on Allow to approve the connection. A Host Token ID will be generated.
โCopy the generated host token number and return to the Airbnb setup page. Paste it in the Host token number field and click on Next for the mapping and connection process.
Step 2: Map your rooms and rate plan
On the Rate plan mapping screen, you will see a list of Airbnb Room type/Rate plan, along with your Preno Room Type/Rate plan.
You only need to map the (manageable) rate plans.
For each rate plan, select the Preno Room Type and Preno Rate plan then click MAP.
Follow the prompts to set up mapping configuration for specific rate plans.
Multiplier - Use to set rate multiplication factor for room.
Surcharge - Use to set fixed surcharge amount for room.
Occupancy - Select occupancy which you wish to update rates for.
Manage from channel manager - You have to sync ALL (Content, Rates & Availability)
Click on Save to complete the Rate Plan mapping

Please do not close the window. You must click on NEXT to move to the next tab. The following message is returned when the listing is submitted successfully. Click on Cancel.
Repeat for each rate plan you want to map.
In channel mapping, the status will remain as Ready for Review until Airbnb approves the listing. Please allow up to 1-3 working days. Listing is not visible or bookable until the listing has been approved by Airbnb. In the Airbnb extranet, the sync status for the listing will be In Review until approved
Step 3: Activate the connection
Once the mapping is completed, you need to activate the connection.
Return to channel connection details module
Click on the status and select Active then Save.
This will automatically trigger a full update to the channel.
