How to connect Expedia to Preno's Channel Manager

To connect Expedia to Preno's Channel Manager, please do the following:

  1. Login to your Expedia extranet.

  2. Go to Rooms and Rates.

  3. Go to Connectivity Settings.

  4. Click on the ‘trash bin’ icon to delete the existing setup (if changing provider).

  5. Choose new provider (Preno).

  6. Check box for both Availability & Booking retrieval.

  7. Click Submit.

  8. Reach out to Preno via the in app chat to confirm you've connected Expedia to Preno.

Please make sure the Pricing Model is Per Day Pricing as this is the only one we support

EQC Type: Availability and Rates, Booking Retrieval
