Set Up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) in Microsoft Authenticator

If you are using the same device to access Preno and set up Microsoft Authenticator, you will not be able to scan the QR code. Follow these steps to set up MFA using the setup key instead

  1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device.

  2. Tap the + (plus) button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Other (Google, Facebook, etc).

  4. The Scan QR Code screen will display in the Authenticator App. Tap on Enter code manually.

  5. Go to Preno, hover over your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select Profile.

  6. Click on Add Authenticator.

  10. Press the Copy icon to copy this text
