How to capture your guests' payment card from your Booking Engine

If you would like the guests' payment card details to come into Preno from your Booking Engine, you will need to use an integrated payment service such as Stripe/Windcave or enable the Reveal Stored Cards add-on.

Stripe

If you have not signed up for Stripe, you can find out more about them here.

For more information about their T&C's and fees, please reach out to Stripe directly.

Once you have signed up for Stripe, you can enable the payment integration by going to Settings > Payment methods, select Stripe from the dropdown menu and follow the steps.


Windcave

To find out more about Windcave, please check out the payment gateway here.

Once you have signed up to Windcave Merchant Services, you can enable the payment integration by going to Settings > Payment methods, select Windcave from the dropdown menu and follow the steps.


Reveal Stored Credit Card:

If you would like to use a different payment provider you can enable Preno's Reveal Stored Credit Card feature to reveal your guests credit cards so you can charge them using your own payment provider e.g. through your EFTPOS machine.

No payment integration:

If you don't want to use an integrated payment service or the Reveal Stored Cards add-on, then you will need to charge the guests on arrival (also known as Hotel Collect).
