When a new owner takes over a property they will inherit the existing Preno account with all historical and future bookings. There are a number of things to complete to ensure a smooth handover. See the checklist below:

Current owner

Account setup

  • Let us know about the change in ownership and share the contact details of the new property owner so we can add them to the account

Integrations

  • Remove connected accounts and bank accounts linked with payment gateways (Stripe, Windcave) or accounting software including Xero and MYOB

Data

  • The billing account holder controls access to the data

  • Update any accounts integrated with Preno

  • This includes payment gateways bank accounts (Stripe, Windcave), Xero, MYOB

Training

Data

  • The new billing account holder controls access to the data

  • If the Preno account is cancelled and the new owner requests to reopen it, the previous account holder must be contacted first
