When integrating a payment service with Preno, you get the ability to store a guests credit card to their profile and charge them for their booking.

Adding a payment card

To add a payment card:

  1. Click Add Payment Card on the booking

  2. Enter details of the card

  3. Click Add

Charging the stored card

  1. On the booking click Add deposit or Add payment

  2. Choose 'Stored payment card' as the payment method

  3. Enter the amount you would like to charge

  4. Click Process credit card

  5. A green card will appear next to the payment if the credit card has been charged.

Refunding a credit card payment

  1. Click on the green 'Credit card' payment

  2. Click 'Refund'

  3. Enter the amount you would like to refund

  4. Enter a reason for the refund

  5. Click 'Process refund'

  6. Click 'Yes' to process the refund

  7. If a refund has been applied, the credit card icon will appear orange and the money would have been transferred back to the guests card.
