When integrating a payment service with Preno, you get the ability to store a guests credit card to their profile and charge them for their booking.
Adding a payment card
To add a payment card:
Click Add Payment Card on the booking
Enter details of the card
Charging the stored card
On the booking click Add deposit or Add payment
Choose 'Stored payment card' as the payment method
Enter the amount you would like to charge
Click Process credit card
A green card will appear next to the payment if the credit card has been charged.
Refunding a credit card payment
Click on the green 'Credit card' payment
Enter the amount you would like to refund
Enter a reason for the refund
Click 'Process refund'
Click 'Yes' to process the refund
If a refund has been applied, the credit card icon will appear orange and the money would have been transferred back to the guests card.
