This is a handy trick to place focus on particular bookings you are interested in.
For example: rooms to be cleaned or agent bookings
An alert icon will appear on the left side of the booking in the home grid for any status.
To enable this alert icon simply:
Select 'Edit Booking'
Go to the 'Booking note' section and add 'attention:' in the field along with any helpful notes
Save these changes
To remove the alert icon just delete 'attention:' from the field
