If a guest requests a change to an existing Airbnb booking eg. date or room type change and you are happy to approve the request, you will need to action the following to update the booking accurately:
In Preno, find the booking and cancel the booking in Preno. Do not delete the booking.
Go back to Airbnb and accept the update request in Airbnb.
Log back in to Preno and restore the cancelled booking so it is now a confirmed booking again.
Update the booking manually to match the requested updates.
