Manage and edit existing OTA channel connections

Go to Settings > Channel Manager > select 'Edit' for the channel in question; then

Select 'Map' (if you have multiple of the OTA accounts linked, select Map for the relevant account; otherwise if you have one one account select any 'Map' on screen

To edit an existing mapping; select the ellipse (...) followed by the action you would like to take;

- 'Sync' - This will push a sync of the mapping. Not generally required as all inventory and Rate updates push a sync but you may use this option if you feel something may not have synchronised as it should.
- 'Edit' - This will allow you to edit the mapping. Typically, this would just be to edit the amount of guests included in the rate.
Note; For Airbnb and VRBO, the 'Edit' option will be 'Rate Settings'.
- Airbnb and VRBO specific - The 'Edit' option will allow you to edit your Airbnb or VRBO listing directly. So this is where you may update Airbnb Preparation Times (to close room before and after a booking) or Fees.
- 'Unmap' - This will unmap the Preno room rate to the OTA rate. If your intention is to not sell this any longer, please ensure that you have closed the listing in your OTA account.

To map an unmapped room; if there is an OTA room not currently mapped, will will appear in the OTA Room Rate column without a Preno Room Type and Rate assigned. From the drop down selection boxes, assign the appropriate Room Type and Rate and then select Map. After selecting Map, this is where you will assign how many guest are included in the rate.
