With staff shortages and unmanned front desks, it's helpful to prevent online bookings coming through after a certain hour during the evening or X days in advance
For example:
For bookings checking in today, we can set the cut off time to 4.30pm so they don't book and turn up at 10pm
Or set it up to be 2 days in advance so your team can prepare the house for guests in time since the property is remote
Property Level Close Out
A rule can be set at the property level and applied to all room types. This will flow through to connected online travel agents like Booking.com etc.
This can be set up within Preno if you are using Preno Channel Manager only.
Simply go to Settings > Channel Manager > Property Close Out> Edit
For example, this is set to stop online bookings for same day check ins after 8pm because no one is onsite to prepare the room.
