If you would like to connect another rate in Preno to SiteMinder, you will need to do the following: 

<a href="https://help.prenohq.com/en/articles/357735-viewing-and-adding-rate-plans" target="_blank">Add the rate plan in Preno</a>.

<a href="https://help.siteminder.com/s/article/Set-up-and-manage-rate-plans-in-the-channel-manager?language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Add the rate plan in SiteMinder</a>.

Enter a rate code for your rates in SiteMinder and reach out to Preno support via the app chat and let us the rate you would like to connect and the rate code that has been entered in SiteMinder. -OR- Reach out to the Preno support team via the in app chat and we can generate a rate code for you and you can enter the code in SiteMinder for your rate.

Once the code has been added in SiteMinder please let our support team know and we will sync the rates and ensure they are connected.

3. Enter a rate code for your rates in SiteMinder and reach out to Preno support via the app chat and let us the rate you would like to connect and the rate code that has been entered in SiteMinder. -OR- Reach out to the Preno support team via the in app chat and we can generate a rate code for you and you can enter the code in SiteMinder for your rate. 
4. Once the code has been added in SiteMinder please let our support team know and we will sync the rates and ensure they are connected.
