Preno

If you would like to connect another room type in Preno to SiteMinder, you will need to do the following: 

<a href="https://help.prenohq.com/en/articles/3210774-adding-room-types">Add the room type in Preno</a>.

<a href="https://help.siteminder.com/s/article/room-details-channel-manager?language=en_US#Features" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Add the room type in SiteMinder</a>.

Enter an inventory/room code for your room type in SiteMinder and reach out to Preno support via the app chat and let us the room type you would like to connect and the inventory/room code for that room type. -OR- Reach out to the Preno support team via the in app chat and we can generate an inventory/room code for you and you can enter the code in SiteMinder for your room type.

Once the code has been added in SiteMinder please let our support team know and we will sync the room types and ensure they are connected.

2. <a href="https://help.siteminder.com/s/article/room-details-channel-manager?language=en_US#Features" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Add the room type in SiteMinder</a>. 
3. Enter an inventory/room code for your room type in SiteMinder and reach out to Preno support via the app chat and let us the room type you would like to connect and the inventory/room code for that room type. -OR- Reach out to the Preno support team via the in app chat and we can generate an inventory/room code for you and you can enter the code in SiteMinder for your room type. 
4. Once the code has been added in SiteMinder please let our support team know and we will sync the room types and ensure they are connected.
