Downloading your guest data
Go to the Guests page from the top menu.
Use the date fields to set a date range, or leave them blank to include all guest data.
Click Download.
Download your guest data — including email addresses — to use in marketing tools like Mailchimp. You can export all guest data or filter by date range first.
Important
Get explicit permission from guests before using their details for marketing. Add a section to your Registration Card asking whether guests want to receive news and updates about the property, so you have their consent on record.
