Delete Demo Data

If you have a brand new Preno account.

When you first log into Preno, your account is pre-loaded with demo data. Clearing this out gives you a clean slate to set up your property.

Steps:

  1. Click Setup, it's in the top right of your Preno account. A yellow button.

2. Select Delete Demo Data from the top of the onboarding checklist.

3. Choose your preferred option:

  • Delete Everything — removes all rooms, room types, rates, and bookings

  • Delete Only Bookings — keeps the room setup currently in the product but clears bookings.


That's it! Now you're ready for the next step of setting up your account.
