You can email PDF invoices directly from Preno, no need to download and send them manually. This saves time and keeps all your communication in one place.
Invoice data tags
These invoice data tags adds the invoice as an attachment to the email:
Latest invoice
Latest guest invoice
Latest agent invoice
There are also meta data invoice tags to display invoice number, due date and amount.
How to add Invoice tag to an email template
Go to Settings > Emails
Choose an existing template or create a new one
Add the related invoice tag into your email template by clicking on Insert tag.
Save the email template.

Below is an example email template for a guest invoice.

π Important to note
Emails will fail to send if the invoice tag is used but there is no corresponding invoice on the booking
Voided invoices won't be emailed; Preno will use the next most recent valid one.
Invoices connected to Xero or MYOB can't be emailed from Preno
