How to raise an invoice to your agent, guests or booking contact

Raising an invoice

Invoicing is simple and convenient method of payment for your guests to pay for their booking. In Preno, you have options to raise the invoice to the agent, guests or booking contact.

How to raise an invoice?

  1. When viewing a booking, go to the Payment section and click on Raise invoice.

  2. Select the Invoice option. You can select from:

    • Invoice Agent - full amount only

    • Invoice Guest - full amount only

    • Invoice Guest (Extra) - full amount only

    • Custom amount - you have control over the $ amount or % of the total booking

  3. Select the invoice contact you want to raise the invoice to.

  4. Click Raise invoice.

Xero or MYOB integration

If your account is integrated with Xero or MYOB, invoices are automatically raised as draft.

View the invoice

Invoices raised for the booking will be recorded on the Payments section.

To view the invoice, you can either click on:

  1. Payment record > then click on View invoice, or Open in Xero/MYOB

  2. Invoice link. This will download the Invoice PDF, or opens the link to Xero/MYOB

Void the invoice

To void the invoice, click on the payment record for the invoice, and click on Void.

If you are using the Xero or MYOB integration, this will automatically void the invoice there as well.
