Available for Early access customers. Please reach out if you would like to use this integration.

The RoomPriceGenie integration allows you to automate pricing decisions by sending the required data from Preno to RoomPriceGenie. Once connected, RoomPriceGenie can make rate and minimum night adjustments automatically.

What will the integration do?

Depending on your RoomPriceGenie plan, the integration can manage your rates from 12 to 18 months ahead. It can also adjust minimum night restrictions (Professional plan only)

Connect your RoomPriceGenie account

To complete the account setup, you need to complete the setup in both Preno and RoomPriceGenie.

Start with Preno:

  1. Head to Settings > Integrations and find the RoomPriceGenie section. Click Enable to begin the set up process.

  2. Enter your RoomPriceGenie API credentials, then click Submit.
Currently you need to request this from RoomPriceGenie support.

  3. Choose the rate plans that you would like to connect, then click Save.

  4. Select the option that matches your RoomPriceGenie plan

    1. Future price recommendation

    2. Minimum stay restrictions

Now head to your RoomPriceGenie account:

  1. Go to Pricing Strategy > Rooms Setup

  2. Here you would see rooms that requires mapping to be completed.

  3. For each room type, ensure that the PMS mapping corresponds to the correct room type and base rate in PMS.

Once the above is completed in RoomPriceGenie, reach out to our support team and we can push data to ensure rates and availability is up to date in RoomPriceGenie.

Note: Once RoomPriceGenie is connected, rate updates in Preno is disabled as RoomPriceGenie will override each time a new rate update comes through.
