How to add multiple rate plans to your booking engine
Add the New Rate Plan in Preno
Set up the new rate plan in Preno (Adding rates); or
Set up a derived rate based on another rate that you can increase/decrease by a set percentage/amount (Adding Derived Rates)
Access Booking Engine Settings
Navigate to the settings in Preno.
Click on 'Booking Engine'.
Map the New Rate Plan
Under 'Rooms and Rates', click on 'Map'.
Select the new rate plan you added (e.g., non-refundable rate).
Specify the base rate (e.g., rate for two guests) and any additional charges (e.g., $30 for an extra guest).
Click 'Save'.
Set Cancellation Policy and Descriptions
Click on the newly mapped rate to configure it further.
Set up the corresponding cancellation policy for the rate plan.
Add any additional descriptions if necessary.
Click 'Save'.
Repeat the above steps until all rate plans are added.
