STAAH channel manager

Channel manager is a product that helps you manage your property's online distribution across your Online Travel Agents (OTAs) like Expedia and Booking.com. It keeps your room availability and rates up to date and prevents you from getting accidental double bookings. They are a separate service to Preno.

STAAH's channel manager product is called "Instant Channel Manager".
When you use STAAH as your channel manager, Preno controls room availability and your walk in rates, and STAAH controls the rates that you charge for online bookings. Changes to your rates in STAAH won't change them in Preno.

Existing STAAH account

You'll need a couple of things ready to connect STAAH to Preno

  1. An existing STAAH account, with Instant Channel Manager enabled. 
  2. Rooms organised by room type, in the same format as what you sent through to us when we set up your account.
  3. Up to date reservations in Preno.

When you're ready, e-mail your STAAH Account Manager to let them know you are ready to connect with Preno. They'll get in touch with us, and we'll take over things from there. This process usually takes about a day or two.

New STAAH account

You'll need to sign up for a new STAAH account. Get in touch with our team and we can help you organise this.
