Why does accommodation charges say PAID
If the the agent on the booking is set to Agent Collect, and the agent has been invoiced, the receipt will say PAID.
This is because the agent would have collected the payment from the guest and paid the property the net amount, excluding their commission.
Workaround
If you would like the receipt to show the accommodation charge, you can do the following:
Update the agent so they are set to Hotel Collect
Print the receipt
OR
Edit the booking and select a different agent that is set to Hotel Collect
Print the receipt
