New User Management — now live for everyone: The redesigned Users page is now the default for all customers.
- See everything at a glance: Search and filter users by state, MFA devices, and activity, with a live status indicator showing who's currently active, signed in, or signed out.
- More control over accounts: Disable, delete, restore, enable, or re-invite users straight from the list — including deleted users, which can now be restored.
- Deeper visibility per user: View and edit each user's details, permissions, and security settings, or sign them out of all sessions in one click.
- Activity Log (experimental): See a log of what a user has been doing — booking changes, guest updates, report downloads, and sign-in activity.
Refreshed Profile page: A cleaner, more compact Profile page that's easier to use on mobile. User details, preferences, sign-in options, password, MFA, and active sessions are now simpler to find and manage.
Invoices CSV export: You can now export a CSV of your filtered invoices list. If you download without applying filters, we'll give you a heads up and suggest narrowing your results first.

Enhancements 🥳

Revenue report: Cancellation revenue is now shown in the report and included in the CSV download.
Agents: Imported agents now default to Hotel Collect with 0% commission so it doesn't prevent booking checkout.
Payment gateways: Clearer confirmation when disabling a payment gateway.
Sign-in: MFA code entry now opens on its own dedicated page instead of a pop-up.
Session security: For your protection, sessions will now time out after 30 minutes of inactivity, with a clear prompt to sign back in. If you use "Remember me," you'll stay signed in for up to 2 weeks between visits.
Account recovery: We've strengthened password reset and account recovery — including requiring identity verification before changing your password — and refreshed the design of account-related emails.
API: Booking payments are now included in the booking payload, with new endpoints to create and void payments. You can also update, add, or remove room stays and change accommodation rates via the API, and filter bookings by created or updated date range.

Housekeeping: Fixed the print button being hidden on mobile, and fixed an issue with print text sizing.
Edit booking: Fixed guest names not respecting your name order setting.
Channel Manager: Fixed extra styling leaking into the SU channel mapping screen.
Messenger: Fixed an error that could break the chat widget.
Invoices: Fixed a formatting issue with the custom header on invoice PDFs, and fixed booking contact validation errors not displaying.
Agents: Fixed commission changes not displaying correctly in agent history.
Printing: Fixed content being hidden when printing certain pages, and fixed missing data when printing reports.
Booking: Fixed the credit card section showing when Recurring Card Storage was subscribed but not enabled, and fixed a typo in the PCI compliance dialog.
Sessions: Fixed switching between Chrome and Safari on iOS incorrectly flagging your session as suspicious.
Booking grid: Fixed a rare error when searching the grid right after a modal closed.
User Management: Fixed dates displaying in the wrong timezone.
