You can give a user Grid only permissions to let them access your Preno bookings in a 'read only' mode.
This gives your team visibility over who's staying without allowing changes to be made.
How to set this up
To set up a user with Grid only permissions:
Go to Settings > User management > click on the Name of the user
In the Grid section tick Can view and search the grid
Ensure the other permissions are not ticked, unless you would like to provide them the permissions to access.
Click Save changes.
