Preno has user permissions available which allow you to set different access levels for different team members at your property.
You can give a user Housekeeping permissions to let them access your Housekeeping reports but not other parts of Preno
Give a user Housekeeping permissions
To give a user Housekeeping permissions go to
Settings > User management > click on the Name of the user > Edit permissions
In the Housekeeping section tick Can access the Housekeeping page and update room statuses
Click Save.
