You can map your STAAH room types and rate plans in Preno settings. Mapping tells Preno which room type and rate in STAAH each Preno room type and rate plan corresponds to, so rates and availability sync to the right place.
Before you start
Make sure the room types and rate plans you want to connect already exist in both Preno and STAAH. If you still need to add them:
You'll also need the room and rate codes from STAAH for each room type and rate plan you want to sync — you enter these into Preno to link the two. Grab them from your STAAH account before you start, or ask STAAH support if you're not sure which code is which.
Open the mappings screen
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Find the Channel Manager section and click Edit mappings.
This opens Channel manager mappings, where your room types are listed with a code field alongside each one.
Map your room types
For each room type, enter its Room type code in the field on the right. This is the room code from STAAH — if the code doesn't match the one in STAAH, that room type won't sync.
Only room types with a code will sync. Leave the code blank for any room types you don't want to send to STAAH.
Map your rate plans
Click the arrow beside a room type to expand it and see its rate plans.
Enter a Rate plan code for each rate plan you want to sync. This is the rate code from STAAH, sourced the same way as your room codes.
Only rate plans with a code will sync. Leave the code blank for any rate plan you don't want to send to STAAH — this is how you choose which rates sync. The "derived from" note beside some rate plans is just context, showing which base rate they were created from; it doesn't change how mapping works.
Tip: Use the search box at the top to jump straight to a room type or rate plan if you have a long list.
Save and sync
Click Save. Your mappings sync to STAAH straight away, and your changes should be reflected in STAAH shortly after.
