You can add a customisable free text field to your Preno Booking Engine, making it easy to collect the information that's most important to your property during the booking process. This information will be displayed in the booking notes.
Use it to ask guests for details such as:
Flight information
Food allergies or dietary requirements
Passport details
How they heard about your property
Or any other information you'd like to collect before arrival
To enable this feature:
In Preno head to Settings → Booking engine → Settings → Profile → Booking Engine Configuration → Add Customised Text Box on Booking Engine.
If you want to add more than one free text field on the booking engine, simply add a comma between the text.
