Booking Engine - Optional Add Ons

You may wish to provide options Add Ons or Extras that guest may add to their booking with you. This could include things like breakfast, airport transfers or beverages. Anything that you may offer as a property.

To add optional Add Ons to your booking engine;

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Engine configuration 'Settings'; then

  2. Select 'Addons'; then

  3. Select '+ Add' (to edit an existing Add On; select 'Edit' for the Add On in question); then

  4. Populate the specifics on the Add On that you are offering
    ​Name - Name the Add On appropriately
    ​Description - Describe the Add On you are offering
    ​Type - The can be a one off charge or a recurring (per night) charge
    ​Mandatory - The Add On can be made mandatory if you wish
    ​Stay Start Date & Stay End Date - These are the stay date ranges that the Add On is valid for
    ​Guests Included - Leave as 'Active'. If this Add On is to be free of charge you can select 'Free'
    ​Price - Add the Price of the Add On
    ​Black Out Stay Dates - If there are dates that this Add On is to not be offered, add a date range
    ​Image - Include an image of the Add On

  5. Once complete, select Save
