Setting up your Booking Engine for the first time

You're officially part of the Preno family and now it's time to set up your Booking Engine. This guide will walk you through that process.

  1. First off, let's get your Profile set up! Your Profile is where you put in all of the general information about your property.

  2. Once that's done, you'll want to set up your Rooms & Rates. You should've previously already added in all the different room options available and the number of rooms available for each type.

    1. You'll see all the room types you added previously but they won't be mapped yet. Once you map your rooms, you'll be able to edit them and add more details.

    2. Make sure you cross check all the info here so you don't get bookings with incorrect rates.

    3. While editing your Rooms, don't forget to add photos, room specific amenities, bedding options and so on.

  3. You'll also want to update your Policies to clearly communicate your property rules, terms and conditions and more.

  4. If you have any add on activities/experiences available on your property, you can add that in under the Add Ons section as well.

  5. Lastly, if you have any promotions or packages, you can also add those in under Promotions.
