Sometimes guests have specific room requests or groups want to stay together.
You can lock the assigned room for the booking to prevent accidental modification.
How to lock the assigned room
On the view booking screen, click on More and select Lock assigned room
Choose the room(s) that you would like to lock and click Save
Once the room is locked, you will see a lock icon for the room. β
If the booking being moved to another room while locked, an error message will inform the user to unlock the room assignment first.
To remove the lock, follow the same steps above and untick the locked room.
