Sometimes guests have specific room requests or groups want to stay together.
You can lock the assigned room for the booking to prevent accidental modification.
How to lock or unlock the assigned room for individual Booking
Step 1. In the booking screen; select the 'More' option followed 'Lock assigned room'
Step 2. You will then be presented with a screen like below where you can lock or unlock the room.
How to lock or unlock the assigned room for Group Booking
In the booking screen;
- A room can be locked by selecting the grey unlocked icon
- A room can be unlocked by selecting the black locked icon
Please note: If an OTA booking has Room Type modifications, the locked room will not prevent the OTA booking modification from shifting the room stay to a new Room Type
