How rates work in Preno
Preno pushes rate updates 750 days into the future, however after 750 days Preno pulls the rate from the same day last week.
For example, if day 751 is a Monday and last Monday the rate was $300, the rate for day 751 will be $300.
How to change your base rate
If you would like to adjust your base rate, you will simply need to adjust the rate for 750 days or more.
To update your base rate, please do the following:
Go to the Rates tab while logged into Preno.
Click on the rate you would like to edit under the room type.
In the pop up box click Advance Edit > Edit rate amount ($).
Enter a date range of 750 days or more in the future.
Click Submit.
