Backup codes — a set of 10 single-use codes you can view and download from your profile, so you can still sign in if you lose access to your authenticator app. They're created automatically when you set up an authenticator app, and each code is replaced once it's been used.

Reset your authenticator app yourself — if you've lost access to your authenticator app, you can now have a secure reset link emailed to you, confirm your password, set up a new app and receive fresh backup codes, without needing to contact us. Team members with user management access can also send password and authenticator reset emails to your staff.

Export your rooms and room types — a new button in Settings > Rooms downloads your full list of rooms and room types, so it's on hand for audits, staff onboarding, or setup checks.

Stronger password protection — when you set or change a password, we now check it against tougher strength requirements and against known data breaches, helping keep your account and your guests' data safe.

Tighter security on sensitive actions — for your protection, we now ask you to confirm your identity each time you take a sensitive action, rather than relying on a recent check. You may notice these prompts a little more often — a deliberate step to keep your account and guest data secure.

A rebuilt Rooms settings page — Settings > Rooms has moved across to our newer interface, making it quicker and easier to work with.

Clearer user permissions — permission levels in Settings > Users now use plain-language labels (Full, Settings, Reports only, Housekeeping only, Grid only and Restricted), so it's obvious at a glance what each team member can access.

More detail in your account history — bookings moved by dragging on the grid, emails sent to your team and any that bounce, and changes made in user management are now all recorded.

Timezone on your property details — your property's timezone is now a required field, filled in automatically wherever we can determine it, which keeps your channel manager inventory accurate.

Fewer prompts when inviting your team — sending or resending a user invitation no longer asks you to reconfirm your identity.

Security emails now name the person — when someone from Preno acts on your account, the notification tells you who it was by name.

New version prompt — when an updated version of Preno is available, you'll see an in-app alert with a Reload now button, rather than needing to refresh yourself.

Sign-in alerts for everyone — new sign-in alerts are now on for all users, so you'll always know when your account is accessed from an unfamiliar device.

Smaller interface improvements — a Profile menu in the main navigation, your role shown in the mobile menu, and an activity log that's easier to read on a phone.

Blacklisted guests — fixed a false positive where some Booking.com bookings were incorrectly flagged against the blacklist.

Property closeout time — fixed an issue that prevented saving the closeout time on a property.

Channel manager inventory for UK properties — fixed an issue where bookings made after midday UK time didn't update inventory with your channel manager.

Roomstay report — fixed a timeout affecting properties with very large amounts of data, and an error affecting rates on some bookings.

Invoices agent filter — filtering by agent now returns only the agent you selected.

Grid search — check-in and check-out dates now display consistently in search results.

Email automation history — fixed history failing to load for some properties.

Invoice history — fixed a crash when viewing older entries.

Password reset — fixed incorrect error messages showing on the reset page.

Editing a user — fixed an error that stopped some user details from being saved.
