Invoices: Fixed an issue where "Custom amount" agent invoices weren't included in final invoices, causing an outstanding balance to appear in Xero.

Auto payments: Fixed an issue where failed card tokenisation wasn't being marked correctly, causing auto payments to not attempt on the right date.
Xero: Fixed an issue where stale accounting contacts caused invoice creation to fail with a "contact not found" error.
Windcave: Fixed an issue where payments would fail due to the payment description exceeding the character limit.
